KiloCall

Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Md. Nasar Uddin Redoy, an individual developer based in Bangladesh and the seller of KiloCall on the App Store (“KiloCall”, “we”, “us”) for the KiloCall iPhone app and service. By creating an account or using KiloCall you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Section 12 is the end-user licence agreement (EULA) for the app.

1. Emergency calls

KiloCall cannot be used to call emergency services (such as 911, 112, 999 or 000).

KiloCall is not a replacement for a mobile or landline phone service. Always keep another way to reach emergency services. KiloCall also depends on your internet connection and power, so it may not work during an outage.

2. Your account

3. The service

4. Prepaid credit

5. KiloCall numbers (auto-renewable subscriptions)

6. Call Recording (auto-renewable subscription)

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KiloCall, and not to help anyone else use it, to:

We may block destinations, limit use, suspend or close accounts, and hang up calls that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. If we suspend your account by mistake, contact developer.nasar416@gmail.com.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using KiloCall and delete your account in the app at any time. We may end these Terms or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break them, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering KiloCall; if we stop the service for reasons other than your breach, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

9. Disclaimers

Except as stated in these Terms, KiloCall is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every need, that every call will connect, or that recordings, voicemail and notifications will always arrive. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have as a consumer that can’t be excluded by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, including missed or dropped calls; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to KiloCall is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to KiloCall in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50. We don’t exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

You are responsible for how you use KiloCall. To the extent the law allows, you will cover losses and reasonable costs we incur because of claims by others arising from your breach of these Terms or of the law — for example, recording someone unlawfully or misusing caller ID.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as KiloCall changes. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using KiloCall after that, the new Terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can delete your account.

12. End-user licence agreement (EULA)

This section applies to the KiloCall app downloaded from Apple’s App Store and is designed to work with Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where this section is silent, Apple’s standard EULA applies.

  1. Parties. This licence is between you and KiloCall only, not Apple. KiloCall, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  2. Licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the app may also be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing). You may not copy (except as allowed by those rules), modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows.
  3. Maintenance and support. KiloCall is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app, as described in these Terms and as required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app. Support: developer.nasar416@gmail.com.
  4. Warranty. KiloCall is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app; any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are KiloCall’s sole responsibility.
  5. Product claims. KiloCall, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
  6. Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, KiloCall, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  7. Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  8. Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, for example your mobile data or internet service agreement.
  9. Developer contact. Questions, complaints or claims about the app: Md. Nasar Uddin Redoy, Bangladesh, developer.nasar416@gmail.com.
  10. Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and on your acceptance of these Terms Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
